Mientras he estudiado el tema de la prosperidad, el siguiente punto siempre me ha quedado claro: Dios es un Dios de justicia, así como también de misericordia. Él es justo en todo. Su misericordia es evidente al brindarnos la guía -es decir, Su Palabra- de cómo tener una vida consagrada, la cual es el fundamento para la prosperidad. Cuando obedecemos Sus mandamientos, Él cuida de nosotros y nos bendice. Su justicia es evidente al ver el fin de aquellos que no viven de acuerdo con Su Palabra: « El Señor se deleita en la justicia y no abandona a Sus santos, y son preservados para siempre; pero la descendencia del impío [a su tiempo] será cortada » (Salmos 37:28, AMP). Ahora bien, algunos creen que Dios no es justo ni misericordioso, y que tarda demasiado para cumplir algunas de Sus promesas. Sin embargo, ¡Él sí es justo y misericordioso!: « El Señor no se retrasa, no es tardo ni lento en cuanto a Sus promesas, de acuerdo con la idea que algunos tienen acerca de la tardanza; es más, Él es paciente (demasiado paciente) para con nosotros, deseando que ninguno perezca, sino que todos se arrepientan » (2 Pedro 3:9; AMP). Dios le está dando a los impíos bastante tiempo para que se arrepientan; no obstante, Él es muy consciente de lo que están haciendo ahora (Proverbios 5:21; 15:3). Probablemente prosperen a causa de sus maldades; sin embargo, su éxito en la vida durará poco (Santiago 5:1-4; Salmos 37:7-9). La Palabra indica que en los últimos tiempos, la riqueza del impío será transferida a las manos del justo (Proverbios 13:22). Los pecadores en realidad tienen la tarea de acumular riqueza para dársela al justo (Eclesiastés 2:26). Esta riqueza será transferida al reino de Dios de diferentes maneras. Aquellos que se conviertan en creyentes, traerán sus propios recursos. Y los que ya son creyentes, aumentarán su fe y la Palabra obrará en sus vidas -cosechando al ciento por uno-. Las personas que incrementen sus ofrendas siempre verán el aumento de sus cosechas. Las reservas que han obtenido y acumulado los ricos a través de la injusticia les serán arrebatas, por medio de la fe de los creyentes. El impío que se rehúse a obedecer a Dios comenzará a ver cómo disminuye su riqueza; pues ésta le será entregada a los dadores. He decido ser uno de esos dadores; estoy preparado para recibir las riquezas del impío en mis manos; a fin de que se usen para alcanzar almas y transformar vidas. Estoy listo para recibir más prosperidad. Usted también necesita prepararse. Alinee sus confesiones con la Palabra de Dios, y crea que cosechará al ciento por uno. Desate su fe y aprenda a dar; después permanezca a la expectativa de que la riqueza del impío llegue a sus manos, ¡porque ésta se encuentra acumulada para usted! 1 Samuel 21-22; 1 Corintios 9 La riqueza del pecador está guardada para mí; ésta encuentra el camino para llegar a mis manos (Proverbios 13:22).

As I’ve studied the subject of prosperity, one point is always clear: God is a God of justice as well as mercy. He is fair in all His dealings.

His mercy is evident by His giving us the handbook—His Word—on how to live a godly life, which is the foundation for prosperity. When we are obedient to follow His commands, He takes care of us and blesses us.

His justice is evident in the outcome for those who don’t live according to His Word: “The Lord delights in justice and forsakes not His saints; they are preserved for ever, but the offspring of the wicked [in time] shall be cut off” (Psalm 37:28, amp).

Now, some people may feel that God is neither just nor merciful in taking a long time to fulfill some of His promises. But He’s actually both! “The Lord does not delay and be tardy or slow about what He promises, according to some people’s conception of slowness, but He is long-suffering (extraordinarily patient) toward you, not desiring that any should perish, but that all should turn to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9, amp).

God is giving the unrighteous plenty of time to repent; however, He is well aware of what they are doing in the meantime (Proverbs 5:21, 15:3). They may appear to prosper through evildoing, but their success will be short-lived (James 5:1-4; Psalm 37:7-9). The Word of God indicates that in the last days, there will be a transfer of wealth from the hands of the wicked to the hands of the just (Proverbs 13:22). The sinners actually have the job of storing up wealth for the righteous (Ecclesiastes 2:26).

That wealth will be transferred into the kingdom of God in different ways. Those who become believers will bring their resources with them. For those who already are believers, they’ll increase in faith and the Word of God operating in their lives—such as through the hundredfold return.

People who increase their giving will see ever-increasing returns. The reservoirs that have held riches from unjust gain will be tapped by their faith. The wicked rich who refuse to obey God will begin to see their wealth dwindle. And the riches will be placed into the hands of the givers.

I’m determined to be one of those givers. I’m ready to receive the riches of the wicked in my hands, to be used to reach souls and change lives. I’m ready for more prosperity.

You need to be ready too. Get your words in line with God’s Word. Believe for the hundredfold return. Release your faith. Learn to give. And watch for the wealth of the wicked to come into your hands, because it’s laid up for you!
